Photos		Major General Bantwal Pandurang Baliga Maj. Gen. B.P.Baliga served in First World War under Indian Medical Service a medical wing of Indian Army. He was a doctor with MBBS FRCS digree. Advances in his career in the IMS from Temp. Lieutenant to the rank of Colonel can be seen in editions of London Gazetteer from 1919 to 1948. He retired as Major General.
